Daniel Postgate

Daniel Postgate started his career as a cartoonist and strip cartoonist for The Sunday Times, The Radio Times and Loot and produced a syndicated ‘fact cartoon’ – Did You Know?

He has written and illustrated over fifty children’s books, has won the Nottingham and Norfolk Children’s book awards and was shortlisted for the Stockport and Sheffield Children’s book awards.

He now works as a producer and scriptwriter, winning a BAFTA in 2015 and nominated the following year for his work on the new version of the Clangers.

Justin Pollard

Justin Pollard worked for the Museum of London before founding Visual Artefact, a company created to produce popular history television series and provide script consultancy for historical feature films and TV dramas. His credits include ElizabethThe Four Feathers, Atonement, The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mary Poppins Returns and Disney’s forthcoming live-action remake of Mulan. On TV he was Assistant producer on Time Team, the historical consultant on all four seasons of The Tudors and Associate Producer on 6 seasons of Vikings. He also consults on Peaky Blinders and has written on 16 season of QI for the BBC.

Justin is the author of 11 books including the Amazon bestseller ‘Alfred the Great – the Man Who made England’ and is a regular columnist for History Today and E&T. He was the British Society of Magazine Editors Columnist of the Year 2014 and is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society.

Jessica Gerry

Jessica’s background is heavily dominated with music and art in all its forms. 

Attaining an Arts Scholarship followed by Batchelor of Music (BMus); specialising in conducting, musicology and composition.

Having established a foothold within the music industry in 2001 until present day, working across all music genres.

Jess  founded Brissett Music; a collective of world class recording artists, record producers and composers,  producing records for international recording artists 

and achieving multiple awards including;  No.1 Billboard, Top 10 selling albums, Grammy Awards, Brit and Mercury Award Nominations.

Brian Levine

Brian is a practising media lawyer, TV and film producer and writer of books and screenplays.  He was Legal Expert on Audio-Visual Matters for the EU at all major film and TV markets, has acted on various stages in London, Cheltenham and France and has sung/gigged with various bands.  He holds an MA in law from Downing College, Cambridge (where he first met Justin Pollard) and lives in the Cotswolds.   He speaks French and German and according to the Legal 500 he is "highly professional, knowledgeable and accessible".

Alex Kennedy

A unique mix of content, corporate, music and start-up experience. Currently Managing Director for UK for Believe Music, managing the music artist Doc Brown and founding partner at Quintet Pictures.

A varied career includes stints as founder and C.O.O of Social Gifting company Givvit, Chief Commercial Officer at Music e-commerce platform Music Glue, Head of Music & Entertainment at Sky Tickets (part of Sky TV), Head of Music Licensing at Sky TV, senior roles at Omnifone, Visual Data and Carbon Music and several Non-Exec/Advisor roles at tech startups.
